Single Stainless Steel Undersink Unit

  • Provides drinking and cooking water free of chlorine, bacteria, particles and heavy metals giving you filtered water on tap
  • Helps reduce your toxic load intake
  • Ultracarb filter fully tested and certified by NSF
  • Flow rate at 3 bar pressure is 3 litres per minute

The single stainless steel unit includes: stainless steel housing with wall bracket, an Ultracarb filter candle, a chrome tap, full fitting kit, fitting instructions and 1 year parts warranty. It measures 30x15x7.5cm and can be installed DIY or by your plumber. 
 
Filter Reminder Service and Replacing the Filters
Our Filter Reminder Service is available to help you keep your unit functioning effectively. The Ultracarb filter should be replaced every 6 months for 4 people and every 9 months for 1 to 2 people. In the double units the pre-filter and fluoride filters should be replaced every six months and the limescale filter annually.

The Ultracarb will remove other heavy metals such as copper and mercury but the amounts have not been quantified. The Ultracarb will not remove hardness from the water. See below for the limescale filter.
 
Fluoride and Limescale filter candles 
The fluoride filter will reduce fluoride to between 50 and 75%.
The limescale filter prevents limescale build-up by stopping the calcium/magnesium from precipitating out of the water.
 
Independent Quality Control Testing
The Ultracarb ceramic filter is manufactured with ISO9001: 2000 Quality Assurance. NSF (National Sanitation Foundation), WRAS (Water Regulatory Advisory Scheme) and The Water Quality Association use a very strict set of criteria to continually monitor the filter candles and performance of the undersink units.

I bought one of your undersink units because I was concerned about the amount of water that was not being drunk in our home. My husband installed this quite easily considering he does not usually get on well with DIY. I cannot believe the amount of water consumed, especially the younger members of the family, even our two dogs turn their noses up at unfiltered water now. Best investment ever!
